Is Inspection Central licensed and insured?
Yes, Inspection Central hold Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
Are the inspections invasive?
No, the inspections are completely non-invasive, visual inspections only.
What are the qualifications of the inspector?
- Completed Qualified Builder
- Completed and clear a national police check.
- Completed Residential Building Inspection License
- Completed Termite Management – Chemical License
Can I be present at the inspection?
Yes of course.
How long will I have to wait to get the report?
We supply all reports within 24hrs. We can also supply a quicker express service if requested.
